Dive into the world of mixed media painting with local artist Jenna Brechbiel. In this hands-on class, students will create their own floral painting while exploring layering techniques and multiple mediums to build depth and contrast on black paper. You’ll experiment with gouache, watercolor pencils, colored pencils, watercolor, and ink in a fun and supportive environment. Each student will leave with a finished mixed media floral painting.

All materials will be provided.

In this class, we will be making bowls using fabric, thread, glue, and balloons. Most students go home with 2 bowls after a very fun workshop!

Please bring a rotary cutter and any cotton or silk fabric you'd like to use.
